Client clarity
Normal client users should not need DAM training to find a logo, campaign image, presentation or brand rule.
MP BrandDock is being built around a simple idea: finding and using a brand asset should be as thoughtful as the work that created it.
Brand identity projects often end with a collection of links, ZIPs, nested folders and a guidelines PDF. The files are delivered, but the system for using them is not.
MP BrandDock keeps brand assets structured after launch: approved files stay identifiable, context stays attached, clients get an intentional portal and creative teams retain a reliable way to update the system over time.
“A brand asset is more useful when the file, the context, the current version and the permission to use it live in the same system.”
Normal client users should not need DAM training to find a logo, campaign image, presentation or brand rule.
Versioning, permissions and metadata should be part of the asset model rather than conventions people must remember.
The portal should remain valuable after launch and adapt as a brand, team and asset library grow.
The initial focus is the core experience agencies and clients need every day. The architecture is intentionally multi-tenant so MP BrandDock can grow without rebuilding the asset spine.
If your current process involves shared drives, transfer links, repeated logo requests or stale guidelines, that is useful input for the product.
